+Aidan, She/They
CatFit Coach. Aidan has been a part of CCF practically since they opened. In Aidan’s words: "I have a complicated background with fitness and have been an athlete ever since I was a child. Along my fitness journey, I lost my way and struggled to find a light at the end of the tunnel. Catalyst gave me a community and a family to lean on when I needed them most. I found my passion for not only fitness but also for COMMUNITY and have never lost sight of it since. As a young, queer person, I am devoted to making sure every person feels as safe and welcome as I did in an environment that can be intimidating to so many." |
